When this Dubai entrepreneur was asked how he could afford his Bugatti, he stunned his interviewer by revealing he was building the world’s first Bugatti Tower.
We’ve all seen these types of videos circulating online.
Somebody in a flashy car is asked how they could afford it, and they give an explanation mixed in with a life-story and some pearls of wisdom.
For this man, his story went one step further than that in a huge way.

This Dubai entrepreneur had a stunning answer
Instagram account theschoolofhardknockz interviews millionaires to allow its 8.1 million followers to ‘learn directly’ from them.
Plenty of successful people have been featured on the account, including Tom Cruise, Shaquille O’Neal, and Megan Thee Stallion.
This time around, it was a man who wasn’t quite a household name.
When theschoolofhardknockz approached him, he was stepping out of a Bugatti.

When asked how he could afford the car, he gave a really in-depth answer.
“I’m one of the biggest real estate developers in the world,” he said.
This was none other than Muhammad Binghatti, the co-founder and chairman of Binghatti Holding.
This Emirati real estate development company specializes in real estate, hospitality, and construction sectors.
“We’re building the Bugatti building right there,” Binghatti said, pointing into the distance.
“Growing up I had a lot of Bugatti posters in my room but never a Bugatti building.
“If you have a lot of passion in life, you can have a lot of things you thought were dreams.”

The Bugatti Tower – leading the way in real estate excellence
Cars and real estate aren’t often two fields that you would link together.
But more and more, we’ve seen car manufacturers dipping their toe into the world of property building.
In Miami alone, there has been plenty of development on this front, as the Aston Martin tower, Mercedes-Benz apartments, and Porsche residential tower demonstrate.
The Bugatti Tower is in a similar vein, but built in Dubai by Binghatti.

It includes 182 luxury units, private car elevators, and a whole lot more.
Construction on the building is set to wrap up in 2026, and it’s no wonder when you see how fast it’s being built.
