Erling Haaland is one of the best soccer players in the world.
The Norwegian, who happens to be Manchester City’s no. 9, is arguably the best striker in world soccer.
He recently signed an incredible nine-and-a-half-year contract with the UK team.
And he has rightly rewarded himself with a truly incredible supercar.
Erling Haaland: Manchester City’s maverick no. 9
For those of you who don’t know who Manchester City striker Erling Haaland is, allow us to give you an introduction.
Interestingly, the Norwegian has long-rooted ties to the Manchester-based club.
Erling’s father, Alf-Inge Haaland, played at the club’s Maine Road stadium between 2000-2003.
The soccer star himself grew up as a Manchester City fan, even attending the League Cup Final in 2014.
That day, Manchester City defeated Sunderland to win the trophy, with Yaya Toure scoring one of the best goals in the competition’s history.

In May 2022, Manchester City announced that it had agreed to sign the hottest free agent in world soccer.
In his first season, Erling smashed the Premier League’s goal-scoring record for a single season.
He ended the season with 36 goals, winning the Premier League Golden Boot.
Oh, and he also won the UK Treble – the Premier League, the FA Cup, and the UEFA Champions League.
The soccer star has, so far, won the Premier League every season he has played for City.
He has also won the Golden Boot in each of his two full seasons in England.
In January, Erling signed a new deal, committing his future to his boyhood club until 2034.
He is also supposedly earning nearly $650,000 per week.
Bugatti helps build Haaland’s collection
Despite only being 25 years old, Erling already has one insane supercar collection.
His selection currently includes a Porsche 911 GT3, as well as a Ferrari Monza SP2 and a Mercedes AMG.
And he has now decided to massively boost an already insane car collection.
Reports have suggested that the player spent over $5 million to acquire the Bugatti Tourbillon.
The Tourbillon is the long-anticipated successor the incredible Bugatti Chiron.
We have covered the behemoth Bugatti before here at Supercar Blondie, including when CEO Mate Rimac released test footage of the hypercar.

Various reports have suggested that Erline has teamed up with investor Ole Ertvaag to help him acquire the supercar.
Ertvaag is a Norwegian businessman, and he also happens to be a Manchester City season ticket holder.
Most car fans know that the new Tourbillon has a hefty price tag of around $4 million, and there are just 250 of them being made.
So you naturally might be wondering why the Man City player has spent an extra million, paying out $5m for his version.
This is, in fact, due to Norway’s incredibly strict emissions laws.
However, the taxes are not set to be a problem for Erling, who surely cannot wait to drive his new Tourbillon around the fjords of Norway.
“The only question remaining is whether it will be delivered in sky blue Man City colors,” a source told The Sun.
Trust us, we’d probably have a sky-blue Bugatti if we could afford it, too.
