Alien experts have been calling new UFO footage from Colombia the clearest footage ever, and witnesses of the potential alien craft claim that it powered off their phones.
A newly released clip from Colombia is going viral because the object looks unusually sharp, stable, and close, and even more unusually, like the daily driver of a little green man.
The sighting is being linked to a strange tech glitch that the witnesses swear happened in real time.
Now the footage is spreading fast, and the debate is heating up just as quickly.

New UFO footage is being called the clearest ever recording
The video was reportedly filmed over Yumbo in Colombia’s Valle del Cauca region on December 23, 2025, at around 7:33pm.
According to the report, a woman named Natalia captured the moment from a rural area as a disc-shaped object with a dome moved through the sky, maybe with a little visitor from space at the wheel.

What’s making people stop scrolling is the detail.
The object appears to look like a sci-fi movie flying saucer rather than just a dot, and the report claims it moved smoothly and with control, without obvious wings, propellers, or any clear sign of conventional propulsion.

The footage was shared publicly by UFO investigator and journalist Jaime Maussan, who has a long history in the UFO world.
At the same time, there have not been any official statements confirming what the object was, which has left plenty of room for theories ranging from advanced human tech to a drone, CGI, or something non-human.

Witnesses say it powered off their phones
The strangest detail is what the witnesses say happened to their devices while they were recording.
Natalia and another witness reported that their Samsung phones suddenly powered off while they were filming.

The report also says the object flew low and close to high-voltage power lines, and some people have speculated that electromagnetic interference could have been what powered off their phones.
It’s not proof of anything on its own, but it’s the kind of detail that makes this clip feel different from the usual blurry, far-away sightings of non-specified sky dots.
For now, the video sits in that familiar gray zone: clear enough to spark serious chatter, but still without a confirmed explanation.
And as it keeps circulating, it is quickly becoming one of the most talked-about new UFO footage of early 2026.
