The mystery behind a Ferrari F1 car that was discovered abandoned on a derelict farm in the UK remains to be solved.
The Bearded Explorer, whose real name is Colin Smith, headed out to a run-down farm in the English countryside.
The farm was in pretty bad shape, but it was a bit of a treasure trove when it came to old vehicles.
Among some of the more unusual finds, was an old police car and fire truck – but the real gem was a Ferrari F1 car hidden away in a trailer.

The abandoned F1 car was found in a trailer
The Bearded Explorer is no stranger to weird and wonderful finds while out with his camera.
He’s previously unearthed a rare car collection worth ‘millions’ in an abandoned barn, an abandoned Rolls-Royce Silver Wraith II, and checked out a closed-down dealership packed with dozens of Peugeots.
But even he had to admit that discovering a Ferrari F1 vehicle was ‘potentially one of the most incredible things I’ve ever found on my channel’.
Exploring the property back in 2022, Smith spotted the trailer which had a Ferrari-branded cover, and decided to check it out.
Aren’t we glad he did?
“My heart is going 10 to the dozen,” he said as he lifted the cover.
“There is a Ferrari Formula One car in here…oh my God… this is incredible. This is incredibly special.”
It’s unclear how or why the car is on the farm
The stunning motor appeared to be in perfect condition, with gleaming bright red paintwork and no marks, dings, dust, or grime.
But, of course, that brings us to our next question – what on Earth is it doing on this farm?
“What the heck is it doing here?” Smith can be heard asking.
“Why is it parked here on this farm? The farm is completely derelict, the building next to it is completely derelict and there’s a Ferrari Formula One car parked in here. I cannot believe it.”
In the comments of the clip followers of Smith shared their suggestions with one person saying it was most likely a show car and not a real F1 racer, while someone else said the car looked like a Dallara F189.
However, it’s still unclear how and why the car ended up parked on an abandoned farm in England.
