The world’s lowest car isn’t a low rider, but it’s a custom Fiat Panda that has been cut in half — quite literally.

Created by the Italian firm Carmagheddon, the Fiat Panda even got its name in the Guinness World Records for being the world’s lowest car top, so you know things are official.

Its bottom half was switched with parts from an actual go-kart, which makes it driveable despite being so low.

What’s more, the world’s lowest car isn’t exactly in a league of its own — there’s also the world’s lowest truck which has a similar appearance, but it may or may not hold a certified record.
