Every gearhead dreams of finding a car under covers, hidden in plain sight, and one man in the Sunshine State well and truly hit the jackpot in his garage.

He revealed that he recently returned to Florida and found a car hidden under covers.

Curious as to what was lurking in the shadows, the creator got closer to the vehicle, trying to uncover the mystery.

The secret got car enthusiasts talking online, with endless guesses being thrown into the mix.

What would you do if a car under covers mysteriously appeared?

Well, one creator had to ask himself that very question as he got to grips with a discovery in his garage.

Creator Gabe Farrell is no stranger to supercars; in fact, we previously visited his world when he spotted a Pagani in front of him on the road.

He also shares all manner of vehicles on his YouTube channel.

This time, though, his discovery was closer to home.

“There’s a whole **s car sitting here, and it’s not mine,” he said as he explained he was opening up the back of his property after moving back to Florida.

“So the last owner obviously had a huge mechanic shop and had cars coming in and out every single month.

“I’m pretty sure this is an old customer’s car of some kind,” he continued.

He explained that something had happened, so the owner was left with the car under covers, as it never got picked up.

“I don’t think it has a motor in it, I’m gonna hit up the old owner,” he said as he was set to ask permission to show the car in the garage.

So, could it be his next big project? Well, only time would tell.

The mysterious car caused commotion online

After Gabe shared his exciting new car under the covers discovery online, he asked his followers if they had any clue what was under the blue material.

It was no easy guess, with the shape of the car mimicking hundreds of models on the market, but some eagle-eyed viewers used their best car knowledge to put some ideas out there.

“Definitely a GT-R, you can tell by the body lines,” said one user.

“R8 all day, look at the shape of the front end, you can make out the grill and all the body lines that would be on an R8,” commented another car lover.

“That’s a wide-body 1980 Corvette, I bet,” added a third.

Quite the variety of guesses, you have to admit.

Gabe ended his video on a cliff-hanger, with no revelation of what was actually hidden beneath the covers.

So, for now, all we can do is sit and anticipate the big unveiling in due course.
