Someone in Florida converted this classic school bus into a unique RV, and it looks awesome.

The motorhome began life as a 2003 Thomas Saf-T-Liner HDX.

However, it has since been given a complete overhaul and is now a surprisingly spacious RV with just about everything you’d need for a camping trip.

The RV was recently posted up for sale on Facebook Marketplace and it comes with a very reasonable asking price.

The unique motorhome began life as a 2003 school bus

It’s great to see an old vehicle getting a brand new purpose as a motorhome, like this sharp-looking RV that used to be a bread truck, or this one in the UK that had a past life as an ambulance

Over in Florida someone has converted this old 2003 Thomas Saf-T-Liner HDX into a cool and unique motorhome.

The bus is powered by a 7.2-liter straight-six paired with a six-speed automatic transmission that can produce up to 300 horsepower.

It also comes with new batteries and recent tires, as well as air brakes.

The exterior appears to have been left largely untouched, but now has white paintwork with pale blue accents and it has awnings.

But when it comes to RV, it’s what inside that counts and what’s inside this one is actually pretty impressive.

The motorhome sleeps four thanks to its king-sized bed and separate futon,

It has a kitchen area complete with a walnut wood sink, a fridge/freezer, and a two-burner stove.

There’s LED lighting throughout as well as a couple of flat screen TVs.

The old school bus also has its own toilet and shower, with full plumbing and a tankless water heater.

The layout has been cleverly designed to pack in plenty of storage space, including cabinetry in the kitchen area and a large custom built closet.

For privacy, the motorhome has curtains on all the windows.

It comes with a very reasonable price tag

The motorhome was recently posted up for sale on Facebook Marketplace and has been listed for $12,000.

Of course, before you made a purchase, you’d want to go and check it out in real life first.

But assuming it’s as good as it looks in the photos, this motorhome seems like a pretty sweet deal.
