Inside the ring, Floyd Mayweather is a technical wizard.
Outside of it, he’s a successful businessman.

With a staggering net worth of $400 million, the 46-year-old isn’t shy when it comes to splashing the cash.
Floyd ‘Money’ Mayweather’s portfolio even includes one of America’s most recognizable buildings in the middle of New York.
The building in question is the One Vanderbilt building, a skyscraper in the Midtown neighborhood in the borough of Manhattan.
After three years of construction, the 93-story building opened in 2020 and is one of the most impressive in the city.
It wasn’t cheap to build, either, costing $3.31 billion.
If the turn be told, Mayweather didn’t pay for the entire thing; he invested $50 million in One Vanderbilt.

If you’ve ever seen one of Mayweather’s interviews, you’ll know the former athlete’s partial to a bit of less-than-humble bragging.
Back in 2021, he was asked if he missed competing while attending a WBC event in Mexico.
“I’m ok. Floyd Mayweather made a lot of smart investments,” Mayweather said.
“One of the buildings I own is the tallest commercial building in America – so if you get the chance, go to New York and check it out. This is my ninth skyscraper.”
Whether you like him or not, there’s no denying the former professional boxer is a savvy businessman.
As well as property, Mayweather has also dived into the fashion business, and has his merchandised TMT accessories.
About the One Vanderbilt
Standing at 427 meters high, the impressive office building is known for its unique design.
Instantly recognizable across the New York skyline, it’s a popular tourist attraction with a viewing platform over the city.
The property is the fourth-tallest in America and the highest commercial skyscraper in the region.
