Mansory, the German company best known for modifying luxury cars like Lamborghinis and Ferraris, is entering the real estate market in Dubai.
The company has announced a partnership with UAE-based developer Amaal to launch its first residential project in Dubai.
This marks Mansory’s first venture outside of automotive design.
The development aims to reflect the brand’s distinctive design aesthetic in a residential context.

The project will reflect the Mansory design ethos
The project is still in within the early stages.
However, both companies have stated that it will feature a limited number of luxury residences.
They will be designed to reflect Mansory’s well-known design language: bold lines, high-end materials, and attention to detail.

While no specific location or pricing information has been confirmed, it will reportedly be built in one of Dubai’s upscale districts.
Kourosh Mansory, the company’s founder and CEO, said the goal is to apply the same principles used in custom car design to architecture and interior spaces.
Although this isn’t Mansory’s first project in Dubai, its foray into real estate is certainly exciting.
Dubai is one of the biggest luxury real estate markets
This move aligns with a broader trend of luxury brands entering the property sector, offering branded residences that appeal to high-net-worth buyers.
A similar project is Bugatti’s first residences in Dubai, which is already making startling progress.
Dubai continues to be one of the fastest-growing markets for luxury real estate, with strong demand for branded residences.

According to Knight Frank, the city has led global sales in the ultra-prime property segment in early 2025.
Dubai is ahead of markets like Florida, which boasts crazily luxurious apartments like this stunning Bentley penthouse for $37 million.
Amaal’s chairman, Abdulla Lahej, said the partnership with Mansory is meant to meet this demand while offering something visually and conceptually different from traditional luxury homes
Further details, such as unit numbers, design renderings, and expected completion dates, have not yet been released.
However, both Mansory and Amaal have indicated that more information will follow later this year.
