This custom Mercedes-AMG G63 – dubbed the Sir Class – is the fastest G-Wagen in history and has been made in tribute to Lewis Hamilton.

The seven-time Formula 1 world champion is set to take part in his final race for Mercedes at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix this weekend.

Next year, Hamilton will be joining Ferrari on a three-season contract.

To mark the end of his time at Mercedes, HOF has created this very special G-Wagen.

The heavily modified vehicle was made in honor of Lewis Hamilton

The Sir Class is German-based tuner company HOF’s first vehicle, and what a vehicle it is.

“Its creation was timed to perfection, aligning with the final season of one of the greatest drivers of all time, Sir Lewis Hamilton,” HOF said.

“As the 2024 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix marks the end of his extraordinary journey with Mercedes, this car stands as a tribute to a career that has surpassed all expectations, cementing his place as the greatest Formula 1 driver in history.”

Although whether the man himself would want one remains to be seen given that he’s previously said he feels ‘there’s something missing’ from new cars.

But if that ‘something missing’ is 1,063 horsepower then Hamilton is in luck – as his tribute car is fitted with a powerful 4.0 liter biturbo V8 engine that can crank out just that.

Yep, you did read that correctly: 1.063HP.

It’s the fastest G-Wagen in the world

In fact, the heavily modified Sir Class G-Wagen is the fastest in the world.

It can do 0-100km/h (0-62mph) in 3.5 seconds and has a neck-snapping top speed of 300km/h (186mph).

The Sir Class also benefits from a lowered chassis, which helps boost its aerodynamics and handling, which would surely come in handy at the sorts of speeds it can hit.

As well as a lot of power under the hood, the Sir Class leans heavily into F1 styling, with a special paint finish, carbon fiber body kit, forged wheels, and an F1-style steering wheel.

If you fancy getting your hands on one, then don’t hang around because HOF has confirmed just 11 of the Sir Class will be being made.

Oh, and you’ll need deep pockets to buy one because they come with a $690,000 price tag.
