This $33.5 million Utah mansion is inspired by the building that appeared in the 2015 James Bond movie Spectre.

Specifically, the modern, minimalistic sky resort where Bond first meets Madeleine Swann (Léa Seydoux), his love interest.

The mansion is located in Deer Valley, surrounded by the spectacular mountains and ski resorts of Park City, Utah.

The developer calls it the ‘Snowfall Mansion’, and it is actually the most expensive home in the history of the Valley.

And it’s easy to see why.

Just by looking at the pictures, you can almost feel how warm and cozy it is.

The 15,000 sq ft home features floor-to-ceiling glass walls to enjoy the view and exposed brick walls.

It has – wait for it – 16 fireplaces.

There are four bedrooms, and each bedroom has its own bathroom and patios.

In addition to that, there’s a bunk room with 11 beds, so there’s more than enough room for you and your entourage.

There’s also an office space, a fitness center with a sauna, a massage room, and a steam room.

Outside, you’ll find a huge rooftop deck and a 44-foot heated pool.

Obviously, you also have multiple garages for your Aston Martins, your Jaguars, and your bodyguards’ Range Rovers and Mercedes G-Wagens.

The garage even has a view up into the pool above it.

Alcone Ventures is currently developing and building the mansion and it should be ready by 2024.

The house has a market price of $33.5m but considering its location, it will definitely attract a plethora of buyers.
