British journalists Jeremy Clarkson and Piers Morgan were both passengers aboard the last Concorde flight.

And, let’s just say, something happened on that flight.

Clarkson and Morgan are on good terms now, but it wasn’t always thus.

And what Clarkson did a year after the flight was even worse.

The feud between Jeremy Clarkson and Piers Morgan escalated on Concorde, of all places

We should point out that Jeremy Clarkson and Piers Morgan are like best buddies now.

Piers Morgan even appeared on Clarkson’s Farm – Jeremy Clarkson’s Prime Video show about farming – as well as on the British version of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire, also hosted by Clarkson.

But, back in the early 2000s, the pair hated each other.

And their beef escalated on the last Concorde flight.

The last commercial Concorde flight on October 24, 2003 – from New York’s JFK to London Heathrow – carried 100 passengers, including at least two celebrities, Jeremy Clarkson and Piers Morgan.

During the flight, Clarkson allegedly poured water on Morgan’s lap, out of spite.

A year later, Clarkson did something even worse when he allegedly punched Morgan at the 2004 British Press Awards.

Jeremy Clarkson and Piers Morgan are still doing just fine, but Concorde isn’t.

The plane died in 2003, and with it died the idea of supersonic flight.

The plane looked surprisingly normal inside, apart from the cockpit, which wasn’t normal at all.

But flying Concorde also wasn’t ‘normal’ because it meant you could fly from Europe to North America in record time.

Something we haven’t been able to do in about 20+ years now, as Supersonic flight was pretty much abandoned after Concorde.
