Lady Gaga has an unexpectedly awesome car collection

Lady Gaga knows how to rock an eccentric outfit, but her car collection is anything but odd.

With 124 million records sold and movies like A Star Is Born under her belt, it’s no surprise Gaga is rolling around in some enviable rides.

But surprisingly, the pop star didn’t get her driving license until she was 30 years old.

Needless to say, she’s been making up for lost time in the past eight years.

Inside the Gaga-rage of a popstar

First up is the sleek and stylish Lincoln Continental Convertible from 1965.

Gaga, who has recorded a Jazz album with the Tony Bennett, makes no secret of her love for classical styles.

This car was best known for the car of choice for US presidents between 1916 and 1977, and was the first post-WW2 convertible to have four doors.

Another one of the first cars that Gaga purchased was the 1967 Ford Mustang in ivy green.

This was the vehicle that she drove to the launch of her 2016 album Joanne.

In addition to being part of Gaga’s haul, this car also holds the distinction of appearing in a James Bond film – being driven by Bond girl Tilly Masterson in Goldfinger.

When in Malibu, California, the 38-year-old liked to cruise around in her 1967 Ford Bronco.

Although she sold the car in 2021, there’s no doubt she has fond memories of it – she shared the car with her costar Bradley Cooper while filming A Star Is Born.

A Bronco even made its way into one of her music videos – Perfect Illusion.

Another 1960’s gem in her collection is the 1969 Chevy Nova Super Sport, which boasts two V8 enginges.

But don’t be fooled – Gaga isn’t all about the throwbacks.

As much as she loves her vintage cars, there’s a touch of modernity among her collection too.

The Lamborghini Huracán Lp 610-4 coupe is a relatively recent member of the family, having been released in 2017.

Much like the Million Reasons singer herself, this car has Italian roots.

When she performed at the 2017 Super Bowl halftime show, this was the car that got her from Malibu to Houston and back again.

Other noteworthy additions to her haul include a Porsche Boxster, an Audi R8, a Rolls-Royce Corniche III, and a Mercedes W123 300D.

You’d have to ask the singer herself to know which car comes out on top for her.

But her Ford F-150 SVT Lightning, made in 1993, certainly features a lot on her Instagram.

Ford only made this truck for two years between 1993 and 1995, but it still made it’s way into Gaga’s heart.

Whether or not she can lay claim to having the best celebrity collection is not for me to say.

Floyd Mayweather’s collection would take some beating, as his supercars seem to be multiplying constantly.

And we can’t possibly forget about Shaquille O’Neal – who has more cars than he can fit into, owing to his 7’11” frame.

But all I know for certain is that Gaga’s taste in cars deserves a round of Applause.
