Lil Wayne has put his waterfront Miami Beach mansion on the market for $29.5 million.

The American rapper, whose real name is Dwayne Michael Carter Jr, will be making a cool profit after buying the sprawling contemporary home for $16.75 million in 2018.

Situated on the exclusive Allison Island in Miami Beach, the home has one of the most incredible waterfront views in the world.

Measuring just over 10,600 square feet, the home overlooks Biscayne Bay and has seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms.

It’s surrounded by lush greenery too.

The property is sandwiched between palm trees and even has living plant walls inside the home.

Inside, the home is ultra-modern and finished with contemporary furniture.

The living room, which is the center of the home, is surrounded by windows that extend from the floor all the way up to the 22-foot ceiling.

Sliding doors then open out onto the backyard where there’s an outdoor entertainment area and a huge pool that faces the bay.

Inside, the home has a private movie theater which is lined with suede walls.

It also has a wine cellar and a three-car garage.

While a three-car garage is nothing to sneeze at, it’s nowhere near big enough to house the rapper’s epic multimillion-dollar car collection.

The “Lollipop” singer owns an insane collection of supercars including a McLaren 720S and Bugatti Veyron.

He also owns an Aston Martin V12 Vanquish, Bentley Mulsanne, Maybach 62 Landaulet, Rolls Royce Phantom Coupe, Porsche Boxster and Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG.

The $400,000 McLaren 720S was actually a gift from the president of his record label, Mack Maine back in 2020.

It now wears a paint job that makes the color transition from black to purple.

The paint job alone reportedly cost $85,000.

But for a man whose net worth is around the $150 million mark, that’s just a drop in the ocean.
