A detailing team got a call about a lost Lamborghini Countach supercar, and it turned out to be a nightmare as it had its first wash in 20 years.
AMMO NYC, one of the biggest detailing groups in America, was recently called to detail a 1984 Lamborghini Countach 5000S that had stood for 20 years and currently resides in Connecticut.
Thanks to two decades of sitting around, the car was a mess, and sadly, AMMO NYC discovered mice droppings and urine were all over it!
But despite this, they did their best to refresh the supercar, as seen in a YouTube video from a few years ago.

The Lamborghini Countach was a bit of a mess
It is clear from the video that this Lamborghini needed some serious cleaning.
The supercar was covered in dust and dirt, although it looked like the paintwork had survived quite well.
What made the car a particular mess, however, wasn’t just the dirt.
AMMO NYC revealed it had mice droppings and urine throughout both the interior and exterior.

Naturally, that was quite a grim thing for the team to deal with.
It turned out that just cleaning the car was going to be the easy and more pleasant part!
Thankfully for this Countach, the team knew exactly what they were doing.
Just a simple wash transformed the supercar
Even a quick wash was enough to transform this amazing supercar.
The dirt had hidden what was still a great-looking car.
As it was polished up, it just became better and better.
The team was very dedicated to getting this Lamborghini looking better than ever.
Even the engine bay was cleaned out, while they took out some components for a deeper clean.

For example, the trunk, rear wing, and fiberglass components were all removed so they could be cleaned thoroughly.
AMMO NYC also cleaned the wheels and interior, and had to deal with years of sun fade from its time in storage.
The worst part, though, was dealing with ‘mouse highway’, where all the mouse rubbish had collected over the years.
Amazingly, come the end of it all, this Countach looked like a car transformed.
Only the real smallest of details indicated it had been hidden away for over 20 years.
