Luke Littler has reportedly spent his $1,300,000 Darts World Championship money in one go – by purchasing a luxury mansion.

The 18-year-old player is something of an overnight sporting sensation, with success after success under his belt.

His success has landed him a lot of money, some of which has been spent on FIFA packs and collectible football cards.

But he’s also reportedly made a more sizable purchase – a five-bedroom mansion on the outskirts of his hometown.

How Luke Littler chose to spend his $1.3 million Dart World Championship prize

The house was described by realtors as a ‘stunning extended family home’, and featured such amenities as a hot tub, solar panels, and an open-plan kitchen.

Located outside Littler’s hometown of Warrington in the UK county of Cheshire, the house is where Littler will live with his parents for the time being.

But he allegedly has plans for them to live there for the long run.

A source close to Littler told The Daily Mail:

“Luke’s a young man. He’s bought this place and is living there with his mum and dad, but in time, he’ll spread his wings, and the hope is they will stay there.

“It’s not a bad Christmas present for them, but it’s only what they deserve, having done everything to help him get where he is today.”

This is an incredibly sweet gesture, and we can imagine it’s an ideal fit for the family, who have been living in a two-bedroom home up until this point.

In their home, they’ll have access to five bathrooms alongside their five bedrooms, a double garage, and tons of driveway space.

It’s not the first time we’ve seen a celebrity being generous with their family.

Just take a look at Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson for proof of that.

He once gifted his uncle a Ford F-150 as a show of gratitude, in addition to giving his dad a $60,000 Ford Explorer.

And his generosity isn’t limited to his family either – he’s bestowed presents upon his stunt double and one man who was overcoming homelessness.

For celebrities, having a luxury mansion is almost a rite of passage

Littler is still at the start of his career, and there’s undoubtedly more luxury houses in his future.

It’s almost to be expected at this point.

Whilst some celebrities may not indulge in supercars or private jets, most of them will splash the cash on a nice house.

Lily Allen and David Harbour had a beautiful home together in Brooklyn before they parted ways last year.

Bad Bunny is also accumulating mansions, even buying one of them from Ariana Grande.

We’ll be keeping our eyes peeled to see if any more details emerge about the luxury house that Luke Littler has reportedly bought – some decor pictures would be nice, right?
