The iconic Ferrari is high sought after

Ferraris are the supercars that every car fanatic dreams of owning. From the iconic Rosso Scuderia (red) color to Nero Daytona (black) color.

And, it appears it’s quite the fad to buy them for a cheap price and miraculously overhaul them.

Take this guy for instance, he bought this 360 Spider and fixed it himself for $325.

Another brave soul snapped up this Ferrari 360 Spider that abandoned at a foreclosed house.

Plus, it appears that the Ferrari fever is sweeping across the pond too – as over half of the supercars in the UK are actually Ferraris.

Crazy right?

It’s no wonder really with it’s powerhouse of an engine hidden under the hood.

Well, get ready to be impressed again here.

The man of the moment transforming the speedy machine is known as Ratarossa.

Let’s just say it isn’t his first rodeo, when it comes to these things.

Oh no.

Let’s put it this way – he previously drove this very 360 daily for 15 years and got it for a bargain price due to one small characteristic making it a hard sell.

And now, he’s one upped himself and transformed the cheap Ferrari into a lean, mean, shiny speed machine.

A transformation worth watching (and reading about)

In a video posted to Youtube he detailed how he completely gave the motor a new lease of life.

It was another instalment of action after he previously started the journey here.

He says he is on a mission to show how you can own one of the cars, rack up loads of miles and still transform it back to a ‘show-stopping beauty’.

But how did he do this?

In this video, Ratarossa decided to add the iconic Tricolore stripe on the hood and exterior – but it had to be done with precision and care as it was the last in stock in the whole, wide world.

Talk about pressure eh?
He also added coats of clear coat to make the black exterior really shine as well as seal in the newly acquired stripe.

And the final pièce de résistance?

Original Ferrari wing shields.

The finished result really (for the moment) is impressive.

There’s even more flashy upgrades to be added and improvements to be made, too.

So get ready to see even more greatness unfold.
