This YouTuber explored an abandoned mansion in a small American town where the owner’s luxury car collection had been left to rot.

Exploring With Josh had seen a lot of awesome sights on his channel, but this was something else.

He took a trip inside the former mansion of a man named Edwin, who was the sole heir to a billionaire’s fortune.

But the house that’s been left behind is a far cry from luxurious.

YouTube explorers have made some of their best content visiting deserted houses.

Not only are these buildings atmospheric, but they’re often home to some cool cars.

One explorer found a hovercar inside the Oklahoma mansion of a drag racer, while another stumbled across a Triumph Herald.

One house even had a Mercedes W123 sitting inside of it.

For YouTuber Exploring With Josh, a huge abandoned mansion was what got his attention.

It belonged to a man called Edwin, who was the sole heir to a billionaire.

But it wasn’t just a fortune Edwin inherited, as he also landed this 15,000-square-foot estate.

The mansion, built in 1907, once boasted 10 bedrooms, an in-ground pool, and a chapel.

Its lengthy driveway was filled with luxury cars, including Porsches and even a Lotus Esprit Turbo.

But reportedly, the property began falling into disarray when Edwin lost his wife and began hoarding.

His health went into decline, and he passed away in the early 2000s.

In the following decades, his house and car collection were left untouched.

Now it was time for Josh to pay this place a visit.

Some of the cars were still out on the driveway as before, with the Porsche half covered with sheets.

An Alfa Romeo was sitting in the grounds, and the Lotus Espirit Turbo was gathering dust inside a garage.

It was sad to see the vast property and the remarkable car collection in this state.
