Larry Bennett doesn’t do things by halves.

He’s the man who famously lifted a real Dodge Viper 42 feet in the air to advertise his car dealership in Kentucky.

And as it turns out, it’s not the only time he’s pulled a stunt like this.

In fact, he did the exact same thing with a brand-new red Chevy Corvette in Evansville, Indiana.

Chevy Corvette placed 60 feet in the air

To make sure everything went smoothly, a team of professionals was brought in to lift and install the car.

After all, a heavy car like the Corvette needed to be carefully placed on the billboard, especially if it was going to sit 60 feet in the air.

The team secured the car with iron bolts and reinforced it to ensure it stayed safely in place.

Watching the process, you could tell the Corvette was in incredible condition.

It definitely served its purpose and caught the attention of everyone passing by.

The stunt was shared in a video posted on YouTube back in 2016 by 99.5 WKDQ, showing just how impressive the whole setup was.

The red Chevy Corvette was not only a head-turner but also a smart marketing move, unlike the Porsche Panamera that was once mistakenly advertised for $18,000.

A smart marketing move

The car certainly grabbed the attention of potential customers, bringing more business to Bennett’s dealership.

Just like the Dodge Viper that had been placed on a pole years earlier, the Corvette was in good condition with most likely very few miles on the odometer.

Larry Bennett truly knows how to make his dealership stand out, and this move was a perfect example of thinking outside the box to promote his business.

Given the publicity these stunts have created for the business, we can only assume they won’t be the last of their kind.
