A man who bought a Porsche Taycan not once, not twice, but three times, reveals the cost of running one as a daily driver in 2025.
The most recent version was bought last year and has been driven around by the gearhead ever since.
But now, he’s told all when it comes to the true cost of owning one.
And let’s just say, your bank account may take a substantial hit.

Porsche is a coveted car brand.
Its fleet includes a whole host of models from the Taycan to the 911 and even the Boxster, which have proved to be a hit among gearheads.
In fact, a UK-based tuner made the P39-based hypercar that recently made its public debut at Supercar Fest.
Plus, a tired Porsche 911 wrapped like a watermelon even managed to tow a Tesla Cybertruck after its battery died – impressive, right?
Well, after owning not one, but three Porsche Taycans, one auto enthusiast has revealed the cost of running it as a daily driver.
YouTuber The Executive View revealed all after explaining he’d been the owner of three Taycan models, with his current driver being a 2021 Porsche Taycan 4S.
The Porsche Taycan 4S was bought by the car lover in 2024. He explained that it included features such as four-wheel drive, rear-wheel steering, and even a sport chrono package

Plus, it even has a 93.4 KWH performance plus battery, which, according to the YouTuber, means you get ‘longer range and more performance.’
But, as you’d expect, such a flash car is set to carry a substantial price tag.
“It is not cheap to run a Porsche Taycan as your daily driver,” he explained.

To make sure that he was covered, he purchased a one-year extended warranty that cost $2,044 after the initial four-year warranty expired, but it was worth it.
Plus, he also spent money on the tires so he could take to the road safely. On winter tires, he splashed $4,381 and an additional $2,281 on the summer version.
To actually drive the supercar, he also had to spend $402 on road tax and an insurance cost of $2,558.
After adding on other aspects, the total of running the Porsche Taycan 4S came to approximately $21,645.
So, running it isn’t cheap, but at least it boasts some pretty cool features, right?
“The overwhelming feeling of sitting in an amazing electric sports car: the new Taycan makes electricity even more electrifying.
“Performance even more impressive. And the extraordinary even more outstanding,” Porsche itself said.
