The man who brought the first Tesla Cybertruck to the UK has just announced that he’s selling his $2 million car collection ahead of a move to Dubai.

British businessman and supercar content guru Yianni Charalambous put in a gargantuan shift to become the first Cybertruck driver in the UK.

But this was one of the final acts of a storied supercar history buff on the island.

Now, he’s selling up and moving to pastures new in Dubai.

UK Tesla Cybertruck owner sells entire fleet of supercars for new Dubai venture

The first Cybertrucks to land in the UK have caused quite a stir, having quite a run-in with the police.

Yianni – also known as Yiannimize on YouTube – is just one of a handful of the Tesla truck owners in the UK, who bought the car from Alban’s Cybertrucks.

Despite modifications being made to adhere to UK legislation, Alban recently had one Cybertruck seized before being handed back with very strict regulations.

It was all documented by Yianni on YouTube, who found the problem stemmed from a steer-by-wire system that isn’t legal in the UK yet – this would be the same for Yianni too.

However, this wouldn’t be the case in Dubai.

Among many other reasons, including taxes, crime, and the weather, Yianni has now decided to up and sell his cars, business, and house for a life in the UAE city.

His collection included the aforementioned driveway-locked Cybertruck. But it also housed a Range Rover Sport with a $60k Urban bodykit, a Porsche Taycan, a Lamborghini Revuelto, and a Lamborghini Urus SE.

A set of supercars totaling just shy of $2 million.

So far, the Range Rover, Taycan, and Revuelto have been sold.

The UK man was advised that his Cybertruck was fine to be transported over and driven around, rather than being shackled to the house.

He also sold the supercar wrapping company of the same name. That’s now under the Urban Automotive flag, owned by the Netherlands tuning and modifying group Absolute Motors.

With the cars and businesses being wrapped up, Yianni has now made his move to Dubai official, becoming an Emirates citizen.

Given that Dubai is predicted to have flying vehicles as early as 2027, you can see the appeal.

The UK man plans to travel around the globe from his new hub in Dubai, stopping first in Cyprus.

With dreams of landing a villa on Billionaires Row in Dubai – worth $19m – the car expert hopes he can knuckle down and grow his businesses from the warmth of the UAE weather.
