Originally built in the 1950s, the beach home offers 1,000 square feet of living space.
It has two large bedrooms, both facing the beach, and a super cozy living room with floor-to-ceiling glass doors.

In addition to the main house, the property also has a two-story detached guesthouse with two extra bedrooms, and a two-car garage that is also fitted with a Tesla charging station.
Travis Barker is a well-known Cadillac collector so who knows, he might convert that into a studio for his drum sessions.

The property is located in Carpinteria, a small town in Santa Barbara County, California.
Travis Barker and Kourtney actually bought the beach home from fellow celebrity Conan O’Brien.
The American TV host originally purchased the house seven years ago for about $8 million.

It’s unclear whether the celebrity couple will use this as their main residence as they both own a vast portfolio of properties.
They own a much larger mansion in a gated community in Calabasas, which they recently remodeled.
In addition to that, Travis Barker also owns a variety of properties scattered around California, including a home in La Quinta, a desert resort city in Riverside County.

Speaking of Travis Barker, he’ll be extra busy in the coming months because Blink 182 officially announced they’re back from hiatus.
Mark Hoppus and Travis Barker will reunite with Tom DeLonge – one of the founding members of Blink 182 – for the first time since 2015.
The band has announced a new tour for 2023 and 2024, and it has recently released a new single titled ‘Edging’.
