Tech billionaire Mark Zuckerberg made a statement when he arrived at the UFC wearing the most expensive watch, a $2,500,000 timepiece, from his collection.
When you have the sort of wealth that Zuck has, a $2.5 million watch might not seem much, but it certainly turned heads at the Octagon.
The watch in question was the F.P. Journe Astronomic Souveraine.
And when you see this thing, you’ll understand why it’s causing a stir.

Mark Zuckerberg wore the most expensive $2M timepiece from his collection
This specific timepiece cost a whopping $2,500,000, making it the most expensive piece in his watch collection, a massive leap from the $895,000 Greubel Forsey Hand Made 1 he wore earlier this year.
The tech boss rolled into fight night flashing his F.P. Journe Astronomic Souveraine, a watch so rare and complicated that it sent fans and collectors of luxury watches into a frenzy.
If knowing just the time wasn’t enough, the Astronomic Souveraine also has astronomical displays, a perpetual calendar, and a Moonphase complication.

From the Earth to the Moon
For a long time, Zuck was known as a fairly humble billionaire, sporting jeans and hoodies, but recently he’s been amassing quite the impressive watch collection in the form of the aforementioned Greubel Forsey and a Patek Philippe 5236P In-line Perpetual Calendar.
The true flex is with taking his most expensive watch to a fight night , while most would keep theirs locked away and hidden from prying eyes, he brazenly took it to a loud, sweaty global sports event.
While Alex Pereira reclaimed the UFC Light Heavyweight title in just one minute and 20 seconds in the first round with a whopping knockout, Mark Zuckerberg committed his own kind of knockout with the statement piece to end all statement pieces.
