These Mercedes-Benz apartments in Miami will come fitted with everything from a recording studio to a racing simulator, two restaurants, and a rooftop pool.
At the lower end of the price range, they’ll set you back $800k.
If you want a condo, it’ll cost you $2.7 million.
Nobody said living in the lap of luxury would come cheap.

The Mercedes-Benz apartments in Miami that are almost too good to be true
In 2024, Mercedes-Benz announced it would be venturing into real estate in the Floridian city.
Suffice to say, the apartments began getting bought up very quickly.

Mercedes isn’t the only car brand dipping its figurative toe into the real estate waters – Porsche and Aston Martin have also gotten involved.
The Mercedes-Benz Place isn’t open yet, with construction set to finish in 2027, but we’ve already been given an insight into what to expect.
And it looks amazing.
The building will have a racing simulator, two restaurants, a cocktail bar, co-working spaces, and EV charging stations.
With 24/7 concierge and valet services, along with rooftop pools, it’ll be like living on permanent vacation.
The apartments appeal to the adult who craves sophistication (and their inner child who wants to go really fast in a race car).

Teasing the simulator on Instagram, Mercedes wrote: “For those who want to get behind the steering wheel: a custom Mercedes-Benz race car simulator, an unmatched offering for residents who live life in the fast lane.”
Taking luxury living to the next level
On its website, Mercedes said: “Views that call for a pause. High above the neighboring buildings, Mercedes-Benz Places in Miami provides a sky experience that’s unrivaled.”
“From the dark green groves of ficus in Southside Park below to the iconic white sands of South Beach, all of Miami is visible here.”

Sure sounds dreamy, doesn’t it?
The 67-storey building will play host to 791 residences, nearly 200 hotel rooms and around 250,000 square feet of office space.
It is being built in collaboration with real estate firm JDS Development.

All we can say is, we’re excited.
Bring on 2027.
