Aston Martin – renowned for its luxury supercars – is set to launch its first luxury real estate tower, the Aston Martin Residences in downtown Miami.

The final sky penthouse at the luxury tower has finally been sold as the building nears completion.

The 69-story skyscraper is the epitome of luxury living with its high-end condos, penthouses, and duplexes.

Aston Martin Residences features nearly 400 exclusive units in various layouts.

It also comes with five-star amenities, including private lobbies, a fitness center, a yacht marina, and a stunning infinity pool.

Surprisingly, Aston Martin is not the only automobile manufacturer to step into the world of luxury real estate.

Last year, Lamborghini also unveiled 53 luxury villas inspired by its cars, which you can check out right here.

Other than Aston Martin Residences, Miami is also home to the 70-story Bentley Residences being built on Sunny Isles Beach.

In addition to the penthouses, the 69-story Aston Martin skyscraper offers 391 residences.

These residences come in a variety of layouts consisting of studios, one to five-bedroom residences, and duplexes.

However, each of the residences will cost upwards of millions of dollars.

That is to be expected though, surely?

The penthouses – as you might imagine – are the most expensive, but also come with an Aston Martin Vulcan and a DBX luxury SUV.

Located at 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way, the residences offer panoramic views of Miami’s cityscape, Miami River, and Biscayne Bay.

The Miami tower isn’t the British carmaker’s first foray into real estate.

The carmaker teamed up with a luxury real estate house to create its very own Aston Martin mansion in Tokyo, Japan.
