It’s not hard to get excited about a barn find – especially when it boasts two Lamborghini Countach.

This wasn’t the first time he’d struck gold.

He’d previously discovered a modified 1990s Lamborghini Diablo.

However, he’d hit the jackpot again with the two cars valued between $500,000 and $800,000 once restored.

The barn find

Car enthusiast and content creator, Houston Crosta, is pretty enthusiastic about his find.

“I’m pretty stoked,” he shares with his 832K YouTube subscribers.

Sharing why, he explains: “The last car was so heavily modified and that car was of moderate value.”

“The two cars that I just picked up are stock and they are of extreme value – and this is what gets me pumped.”

He adds: “The popularity of them has skyrocketed so much in the past year year and a half that it’s been very difficult to find.”

With great power comes great responsibility, as Crosta is torn over what to do with his find.

“Part of me wants to modify them, part of me doesn’t.

“Maybe because there’s two, I modify one and I keep one fully original as like a collector piece.”

Meanwhile, this collector might own the UK’s weirdest car collection.

The Lamborghini Countach

The first car is a rare white 1983 Lamborghini Countach with a downdraft four-valve Weber carburetor.

Crosta is hoping that it will be worth nearly a million dollars after evaluation and his planned modifications and upgrades.

He might need to have a word with this car enthusiast who built a DIY Lamborghini Countach using a Toyota V12.

Crosta’s second find is a 1984 Countach with only 4,000 original miles on its odometer.

It was originally carbureted but converted to fuel injection, with the host planning to restore to its carbureted state for maximum value.

In similar news, this man managed to track down his granddad’s lost Lamborghini Countach and got emotional recounting the story.

After gaining her BA Hons in French and English at the University of Nottingham, Amelia embarked on a vocational diploma from the National Council for the Training of Journalists (NCTJ). This led to numerous opportunities, from interning at Vogue to being on the small team that launched Women’s Health magazine in the UK, which was named the PPA Consumer magazine of the year for three years running. As Health, Beauty and Fitness editor, Amelia personally received a Johnson & Johnson Award and was shortlisted for both PPA and BSME titles. From researching the most ‘Google-able’ key terms to producing evergreen content - it’s been a time of hard work, growth, and success for the editorial team and the Supercar Blondie website. “I like to think of myself as a ‘method journalist’. In other words: I live and breathe whatever I am writing about. When writing about fitness, I trained as a personal trainer, and as a beauty editor, I completed an ‘expert’ in scent diploma with the Fragrance Foundation. “During my tenure at Supercar Blondie, however, I did something I never thought possible: I passed my driving test at the age of 36. One day I’d love to train as a mechanic to better understand what happens under the hood, too. “My sweet spot is providing readers with a ‘takeaway’ (read: something new they didn’t know before) after reading every one of my stories. While I don’t claim to be an expert in the automotive world, I know the experts and bodies in the field to rely on to provide our readers with an informative and thought-provoking story every time they visit the site.”
