One self-proclaimed millionaire claims he was turned away from a car meet due to the Tesla EV he was driving.
Usually, car meets showcase supercars and luxe vehicles that are powered by gas rather than electricity.
So, in a bid to be let in to experience the celebration of speed, he dropped of his Tesla and opted to return with a different set of wheels.
But it wasn’t just any car, and the host was left gobsmacked upon seeing the vehicle he rolled back up with.

Here’s what went down at the car meet
It’s becoming increasingly common to own a Tesla thanks to the shift of people favoring electricity over gas power.
However, one place that you are less likely to see an EV is a car meet.
Content creator dimaggiovoss shared how he found this out the hard way after being denied entry.

“Not in this thing, man,” said the host of the car meet when he turned up in his EV.
So, the supposed millionaire had a plan – to come back in an entirely different vehicle.
In a bid to attend the meet, he ditched his Tesla and opted for something a little bit more on the luxe side – a white Lamborghini.
Initially he told the host that he was about to return in an M3, and when the Lamborghini was driven towards the area, the host was left bemused.

“He thinks we’re about to pull back up in the M3, we’re really about to pull back in something crazier, ” said the creator.
Once car fans watched the situation unfold, they couldn’t help but chip in.
“It was tuff, but bro was absolutely right, what’s the point of going to a car meet with an electric car,” said one user.
“You showed him,” commented another user.
“You should give that guy a ride and turn that frown upside down,” added a third.

Car meets are some of the biggest events in a gearhead’s calendar
Car meets often happen all over the world, sometimes in vast spaces such as race tracks, but they can also take place in public spaces.
Earlier this year, Formula 1 circuit Silverstone, in the UK, hosted an exclusive supercar meet with $1 billion worth of Bugatti, Ferrari, and McLaren icons.
Plus, in a different turn of events, an underground parking garage became the most chaotic car meet on Earth with 1,000 cars and 30,000 fans all in attendance.
