Bentley-addicted millionaire commissions untouchable, one-of-a-kind Bentayga to match his other one-off

  • This Bentley Bentayga is even more exclusive than the regular version
  • It’s a one-off custom-built Le Mans homage in Verdant green
  • But it matches the owner’s Le Mans-themed one-off Continental

A millionaire collector obsessed with Bentley has added a one-off Bentayga to his collection.

His new SUV was designed to match another one-off built for specifically for him, a Continental GT.

Both cars are inspired by Le Mans, and both are painted green.

And both are very expensive.

A one-off for a millionaire obsessed with Bentley

The automaker calls this the Apex Edition Bentayga, and it’s finished in British racing green – although the manufacturer actually calls it ‘Verdant’ green – with Moonbeam racing stripes.

It wears the exact same livery as the Continental GT the owner commissioned two years ago, and both are a tribute to the marque’s historic 2003 and 2023 Le Mans victories.

Based on the Bentayga S, the Apex Edition uses a 542HP 4-liter V8, capable of doing 0–60MPH in 4.4 seconds.

The Apex Bentayga is also fitted with 22-inch Mulliner carbon wheels and carbon-ceramic brakes.

As for the interior, the owner opted for Beluga hide and Dinamica fabric seats with Hotspur contrast stitching, also inspired by Le Mans.

Luxury automakers hardly ever reveal prices for their one-off creations but, broadly speaking, we can reasonably take the retail price of a new Bentayga… and double it.

This Bentayga was designed and built by Mulliner

This vehicle was customized by Mulliner, like the standard Batur, the Bentayga with UV paint, and the sapphire Bentley Bentayga.

Mulliner is the company’s in-house coachbuilder, and it’s hugely important for the British car maker, mostly because it means no two cars are ever the same.

In theory, you can buy a ‘stock’ Bentley, but in practice, most buyers want to customize their vehicle.

This is where Mulliner comes into the picture, and why the marque considers it a key part of its business.

After all, the average Bentley buyer is a millionaire collector with an eight-figure net worth. And when you’re worth millions, you probably don’t want to buy something someone else has.
