This man proved that not all big problems require big solutions, as he took out a mini car to swerve high gas prices.
Mali Hightower, a handyman from Georgia, wasn’t a fan of the sky high prices he was seeing at gas stations in recent months.
So he decided to do something about it – by creating a ‘mini car’ which only cost $3 to fill up.
And when you hear how much it was costing him to fill up his regular car, you might be tempted to get a ‘mini car’ for yourself.
High gas prices are sweeping the country – but this man had an unorthodox solution
Paying for gas has never been anyone’s favorite part of owning a car.
And that price can only accelerate when you’ve got a high-end car like the Lamborghini Revuelto.
But in recent months, the price of gas has only soared, leaving all too many people feeling stretched thin at the pump.
One man has figured out a genius workaround.

Meet Mali Hightower, a handyman from near Atlanta.
He’s hard to miss these days on account of driving a pink ‘mini car’ everywhere in a bid to beat out high gas prices.
“Gas prices have always been an issue…they go up, they go down,” Hightower told CBS News.
“But this is the first time when I’m actually starting to feel it.”
The car in question is a battery-operated Power Wheels Barbie Dream Camper with a one-piston engine from a power washer.

As long as he stays clear of the highway, the cops are reportedly happy to let him drive around in this pink number.
Now that we think about it, we’re sure that Paris Hilton would appreciate this car.
And get this – it only costs $3 to fill up.
Compared to the $60 he was shelling out to fill up his regular car, it’s an absolute bargain.
Gas prices are on the rise everywhere
One survey found that Gen Z were daunted to pump gas by themselves.
On the face of it, that sounds a little bizarre admittedly.
But with the way gas prices seem to be going lately, the other generations may soon be having gas station jitters of their own.
Some states are more expensive than others when it comes to gas, with Mississippi coming out on top.
As far as cities go, the priciest is based out in California.
And it’s not just in the US that motorists are feeling the squeeze.
It’s a similar story down in Australia, where one billionaire has gone out of his way to open up a station where gas goes for less than $1 per liter.
