NASA images of mysterious Mars landmarks have ‘proved’ past life on the Red Planet, as one expert claims that the structures are ‘art’.
For as long as 32,500 years, humans have tried to grasp an understanding of stars and planets, even engraving constellations on mammoth tusks.
To this day, though, the furthest that any of us has physically ventured out into the galaxy is the moon.
But, we’re getting closer, and previously-snapped pictures of Mars have now been injected with life, as experts claim that the mysterious ‘keyhole’ figure caught by NASA could be proof of aliens.

‘Keyhole’ structure on Mars leaves experts stumped
As a species, we’ve gotten much closer to Mars than ever before in the last year or so. As a result, technology companies are pouring resources into vehicles that can land us on and traverse the Red Planet.
Having eyes on the mysterious planet has also seen NASA photograph structures that appear to have been ‘built’, suggesting life forms are present.
But from this glimpse of outer space, one expert has claimed that a NASA picture ‘proves’ life on Mars. Why? Because nature couldn’t have formed such precise shapes.
Renowned scientist George J. Haas, is the founder of the Mars research group The Cydonia Institute and member of the Society for Planetary SETI Research.
He believes the ‘keyhole’ picture is a crafted structure that must have been built.

An alien explanation
In a book titled The Great Architects of Mars, Hass has some very definite opinions about the structure.
“There’s no way you can explain that keyhole formation.
‘While there are known geological mechanisms that are capable of creating and destroying the individual angles […] the natural creation of two geometrically designed formations seems to go well beyond the probability of chance,” he wrote.
“You don’t have to be a geologist to know the difference between a rock and a sculpture – something that’s geometric,” he later told the UK’s Daily Mail.
The picture was originally caught by the NASA Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter back in 2011. But it’s since been highlighted among others by Haas as being unexplainable.
The author claims that the keyhole structure is akin to the Kofun Tombs in Japan, which are man-made.
He also believes that one ‘Parrot geoglyph’ on the planet is too uncanny to ignore. In his opinion, there are ’22 points of anatomical correctness’ that can’t be a coincidence and must be ‘art’.

Other experts call it the ‘pareidolia effect’, which is the phenomenon of seeing faces in clouds or animals’ silhouettes on burnt toast.
NASA technology has recently been making big strides in exploring Mars, with ‘otherworldly’ surfaces being pictured on multiple occasions.
