There’s a ranch in Wyoming that’s larger than Los Angeles and New York City put together, and it’s currently for sale.
It is absolutely gigantic, dwarfing the villa on the property.
The beauty of it is that the estate spans multiple individual ranches, thousands of cows, and even 20 miles of river.
And the price is, ironically, lower than the price of some penthouses in LA or NYC.

The estate is called Pathfinder Ranches, and it includes 12 individual working ranches, over 3,400 head of cattle, as well as several conservation zones for wildlife.
There are a few more things worth noting.
First, the estate actually includes around 20 miles of the Sweetwater River, which means you ‘own’ around 10 percent of one of the most historic river corridors in the American West.
Second, the estate’s main villa is relatively small, considering the size of the ranch.
It ‘only’ has nine bedrooms.
The price is steep – $79.5 million – but keep in mind that this ranch is larger than LA and NYC combined.
And there are individual penthouses in those cities that cost more than that.
What in the Australia is going on here?
This Wyoming ranch is massive, but it’s all relative.
To a farmer in Australia, this Wyoming property might be considered relatively small.
Australia is famous for a few things, including the fact that it’s much, much larger than people think.
It’s almost the same size as the US, but with a much smaller population.
It is also famous for its outrageously large farms.
A while back, the Top Gear team traveled to Australia to drive three luxury coupes around a farm.
But the farm in question – Wave Hill Station – was the size of a few US states put together.
It was also larger than Cyprus, Luxembourg, and Malta combined.
Or, in US terms, larger than Rhode Island and Delaware put together.
In fact, you could fit four+ Rhode Islands inside that farm alone.
