This amazing Pebble Beach mansion has just hit the market for a cool $31 million.

The location is awesome, the house sits atop a hill inside the prestigious Pebble Beach Golf Links and comes with amazing views of the Pacific Ocean.

Given that’s where the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance – one of the biggest car events in the world – is held, it means you’ll be front row for it next year.

Aptly called ‘Lucky Strike’, the mansion is situated between the course’s 11th and 12th holes.

It has four bedrooms in the main house, along with a detached one-bedroom guest house.

And of course, there’s a sizeable garage that you can also use for your golf carts.

Inside the main house, you’ll also find a movie theater, a bar, a dining room, and an entertainment room.

In addition to that, there is also a private structure that can be used as an office or an extra studio.

The owners bought the land in 1999 for a little over $9 million and, over the years, turned it into the 719m2 (7739ft2) property you see today.

Building a home that’s literally inside a golf course is certainly an interesting decision because both the pros and the cons are kind of self evident.

The mansion is currently available from Carmel Realty Company but it won’t stay in the market for long.

Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance

Lest we forget, Pebble Beach is also the place where the eponymous Concours d’Elegance – one of the best-known mainstays on the global car calendar – is held.

It’s held at the 18th hole of the Pebble Beach Golf Links, and hundreds of the rarest cars ever made compete for one of the best in show award.

The latest supercar concepts are also shown off nearby on the Concept Car Lawn as well.
