For the vast majority of people, a trip to the Golden Arches is pretty uneventul.

But the same can’t be said for Post Malone who had an unfortunate experience at McDonald’s in Rome, Italy.

What should’ve been a straightforward stop-off for some chicken nuggets, turned into an absolute nightmare for the American rapper.

As the story goes, the musician bit into the chicken and saw his $600,000 diamond tooth fall out of his mouth.

One of the two diamonds embedded in the tooth then fell down a sewer drain.

“I had the left one in my hands, and I dropped it right into the sinkhole,” Post Malone told Esquire.

“I’m like, I’m going to have to go into the ancient Roman sewers.”

With a net worth reportedly worth $45 million, you’d expect the 27-year-old to go out and buy a shiny new diamond.

Instead, he used his ingenuity to create a scooping device from a pair of pliers and a take-out pizza tripod.

After retrieving the $600,000 diamond and giving it a thorough clean, a Roman dentist drilled the precious stone back into his mouth.

That might explain why Post Malone named his 2022 album Twelve Carat Toothache.

It’s not the first time the rapper has had an unfortunate accident either.

Last year, Malone badly bruised his ribs after failing during his concert in St. Louis.

Video footage captured at the gig showed the rapper falling through a hole in the stage and clutching at his chest in pain.

Post Malone was unable to move, lying on stage for about 10 minutes before being ushered away.

After a short break and some painkillers, the American rapper actually returned and finished the show.
