What could be a better day for a car lover than exploring a classic car collection and striking some exciting deals at the end of it?

In Minnesota, a rare collection of classic cars was uncovered, and it was something every car lover would dream of.

The elderly owner had more than 60 classic cars, and he was ready to make deals.

The story came to light on the Gas Monkey Garage YouTube channel when Richard Rawlings stumbled upon this treasure.

A rare classic car collection discovered in Minnesota

These cars were scattered across different locations in Minnesota, so Rawlings and his team had to travel around to see the entire collection.

Some of the cars were parked outside and showed signs of aging, while others were kept safe inside the garage, waiting for a second chance.

The collection included rare gems like an Australian ‘36 Ford Front Clip, a ‘47 Ford Victoria, and several Mustangs, including a ‘69 Mach 1 Mustang, a Thunderbird, a Mustang Coupe, and many more.

Rawlings is a true car enthusiast, and earlier, we saw his custom Ferrari Testarossa 6×6.

He wasted no time making offers and bought a few gems to add to his classic car collection.

Striking deals with the owner

He managed to buy several vehicles, some at an incredible price.

For instance, he picked up a ‘56 Coupe for just $3,500, a ‘67 Coupe for $6,500, and even a ‘51 Ford pickup for the same price.

Not stopping there, he secured a Coupe Drag car for only $2,000 and a stunning ‘66 Mustang 2+2 for $17,500. He also added a ‘64 Galaxy Hard Top to his collection for $7,000.

It was definitely a day well spent for a car enthusiast like him – exploring car collections and heading home with some new pieces.
