The RMB 01 is a limited-edition motorcycle from Richard Mille, developed with Brough Superior and shaped by a shared focus on luxury engineering.
It combines lightweight materials, high-spec construction, and a design language that feels more industrial than decorative.
The project debuted at the 2025 Le Mans Classic.
Just 150 examples will be produced, making these some of the most exclusive motorcycles to exist.

Richard Mille’s limited-edition motorcycle breaks from tradition
This marks Richard Mille’s first foray into motorcycle design.
The company’s background in complex watchmaking and advanced materials is evident in the RMB 01’s construction.
It favors structural elements like carbon fiber, titanium, and exposed hardware over decorative finishes.
Brough Superior, the motorcycle manufacturer based in Toulouse, oversaw the mechanical side of the build.

Known for producing hand-assembled, low-volume bikes, Brough supplied the engine, chassis, and suspension.
Richard Mille contributed to the materials selection and overall design approach.
The RMB 01 uses a twin-cylinder engine, a double-wishbone front suspension, and a carbon-titanium frame.
Its instrument cluster is minimal, drawing cues from Mille’s watch layouts.

The design places emphasis on mechanical clarity and performance over styling flourishes, aligning with both brands’ interpretation of luxury engineering.
Pricing has not been disclosed. However, early indications suggest it may sit below the cost of some of Mille’s more exclusive watches.
Sales will be handled through Richard Mille’s network, with the limited run of 150 units expected to generate strong demand among collectors.
A broader move into motoring
The RMB 01 signals a clear move from Richard Mille into the mobility space.
The company has previously supported motorsport and automotive design, but this marks the first time it has co-developed a physical vehicle.
The decision to work with Brough Superior speaks to a preference for control and craft over scale.
For Brough Superior, the project boosts its visibility and adds a distinctive entry to its product line.
While the company already caters to a niche audience, this collaboration places it in front of an entirely new segment of collectors.

The limited-edition motorcycle reflects a growing trend in luxury engineering.
More brands are looking beyond their core categories and finding ways to apply design, materials, and philosophy to mobility projects.
These vehicles often exist more as expressions than solutions.
Whether the RMB 01 is a one-off or the beginning of a series, it is a clear statement.
It brings together two brands with overlapping values and creates a result that is cohesive rather than compromised.
This is not a rebadged concept or a styling exercise. It is a functioning machine with a very deliberate purpose.
