Every year, he invites thousands of supercar lovers to the 235-acre estate that he’s nicknamed ‘The Promise Land’.
Over 12,000 people attended in 2024, including celebrities like Quavo, Lil Meech, and Cam Newton, who enjoyed live performances, VIP experiences, and food trucks.

The hustlin’ VIP uses his mini city for the best reason, to bring together people with his two favorite passions, and at the 2024 festival he hosted, 12,000 people attended, which is a crazy amount if you think about it.
Not only is the mansion amazingly luxurious, but the grounds span over 235 acres and are adorned with animal-shaped topiary.
