TV show fans all around the world are saying the same thing after seeing a security robot patrolling an outdoor mall.

An outdoor mall in Cleveland, Ohio has equipped itself with a creepy Dalek-like security robot.

The robot strongly resembles a fictional alien race from the iconic TV series, Doctor Who.

The photo of the autonomous security robot surfaced on Reddit and fans of the series were quick to notice the resemblance.

Fans of the series were quick to comment “Exterminate”, referencing the iconic catchphrase of the Dalek from the iconic BBC series, Doctor Who.

People were even wondering why no one had duct-taped a plunger and a whisk to the AI security robot yet.

Because that would be hilarious.

While the AI security robot may seem like the fictional Dalek, his real name is quite sweet.

The AI robot goes by the name, Secret Agent Man – or SAM.

Major tech companies like Tesla are also trying to create humanoid robots to help people with their daily tasks.

OpenAI, Microsoft, and Jeff Bezos have also joined forces to develop a ChatGPT-powered AI robot that can mimic human actions.

However, it will be a long time before we get either one of these AI robots, until then we are stuck with SAM.

Apart from the Dalek, SAM also closely resembles R2D2 from Star Wars.

The AI security robot aims to keep shoppers safe and pedestrians can even request help at the press of a button.

A real person will be contacted and sent after pressing the security button on top of SAM.

According to locals, SAM monitors shoppers in Crocker Park, monitoring the mall 24×7.

So, if you are ever caught shoplifting in the mall, it might not be a human but a beeping robot that chases after you.
