Boxing legend Sugar Ray Leonard is selling his Los Angeles mansion for $45 million.
It’s a lot of money but then again this is California and the property might as well be worth it.
Let’s have a look inside.

The 16,773 sq ft estate is located in the exclusive area of Pacific Palisades, an affluent beachfront neighborhood north of Santa Monica.
It’s massive – no surprise there – and it was designed by renowed architect Richard Landry.

The coastal villa comprises a three-story main house and a guest house, and both feature distinctive Florentine-style roofs and stone-clad walls.
After all, even though it is officially called the ‘Leonard Estate’, the boxer himself often refers to it as his “private Florentine villa”.

The interior follows the same Florentine theme, with large chandeliers, Renaissance-style furniture and floor-to-ceiling windows that double as doors.
There are eight bedrooms and 15 bathrooms in total, along with an office, a gym, a private tennis court, a golf course and a massive garden.
Speaking of the garden, you’ll also find a nice fountain and a swimming pool situated right outside the guest house.

The 5-time world champion originally listed his house a couple of years ago for $52m.
It failed to sell at that price so it is now available again from Aaron Kirman Group with a $45m price tag.
You can find out more about the house here.
