The Suzuki GSX-R is perhaps the best motorcycle money can buy.
Motorcycles such as these can often go in excess of 200MPH, with insane acceleration.
A video recently surfaced online of a GSX-R taking on a Tesla Model 3 in a drag race.
And it really did not go well for the rider – at all.

Today’s story is the latest instalment of Tesla Vs everybody else on the drag strip.
We’ve covered several encounters of Tesla taking on all comers on the quarter mile.
For example, there was the recent race between the Tesla and the quickest Porsche ever.
Then there was the time between the Model S Plaid and an 1,800HP Toyota Supra.

This drag race, however, is quite a bit different from those two quarter-mile confrontations.
Because this time, a motorcycle is taking on the EV-powered dominance.
This video, captured by the YouTube channel Wheels, again comes to us from Las Vegas Speedway.
The video gets straight to the point, with a black Tesla Model 3 lining up on one side.
On the other side was an all-black Suzuki GSX-R motorcycle.
It’s not possible to tell whether it’s the GSX-R 600, the GSX-R 750, or the heavyweight GSX-R 1000.
Before lining up, the motorcycle rider burns out to try and heat up the rear tyre.
He then lined up at the start alongside his Tesla Model 3 rival.
As the lights went out to start the race, the winner was already painfully clear.
The motorcycle got a horrible launch off the line, taking seconds to even respond to the lights.
In fact, the rider almost launched himself into the stratosphere by nearly wheelieing the bike.
He then had to use smoother acceleration just to get the front tyre down on the track.
Tesla’s offering, on the other hand, got a decent launch off the line and was away into the distance.
Although the Suzuki GSX-R got a better top speed – 135MPH vs the Tesla’s 122MPH – it was nearly three-tenths slower.
The Tesla completed the quarter mile in 10.82 seconds, compared to the bike’s 11.19 seconds.
In fairness, a more experienced, better rider might well have gotten the jump on the Tesla.
