A Colombian pilot captured what some people are calling the ‘best UFO footage ever’.
There’s a lot that can’t be explained about the clip, which is the reason why people said that it’s the best UFO footage they’ve ever seen.
The second reason is the video’s clarity.
The third reason is probably just a coincidence.

A once-in-a-lifetime occurrence: the best UFO footage ever
Said to have been filed in 2022, a Colombian pilot flying at around 12,000ft in Antioquia, Colombia, captured an object traveling at high speeds (around 100mph) without any visible wings, engines, or propulsion systems.
That’s the first reason why this video is giving everyone goosebumps and first went viral in 2023.
The second reason people labelled it as the ‘best UFO footage ever’ has to do with the high-resolution quality of the video.
Unlike grainy ‘blobs’ often seen in viral videos, the quality of the video, while not stellar, is good enough to recognize this as an aircraft, not a simple camera glitch.

The main reason why people believe this is a real UFO
We should probably start with a little caveat.
Because apparently, ‘UFO’ (Unidentified flying object) is no longer the preferred term.
The Pentagon and the DHS (Department of Homeland Security) prefer the term UAP, which stands for unidentified aerial phenomena or unidentified anomalous phenomena.
Tomato-tomato, because what matters is, ironically, this UFO/UAP looks exactly like the UFOs we’ve seen in a million movies.
But there’s a potential explanation.

The authenticity was also confirmed by Jaime Maussan, a well-known ufologist, but when the pilot posted a video on X and Instagram, people in the comments had a better and potentially more realistic explanation.
They were quick to point out that this ‘UFO’ looks surprisingly similar to the Boeing MQ-25 Stingray.
You have to admit, this massive unmanned drone kind of looks like a UFO – especially if seen while traveling at high speed from miles away.
Maybe.
