If you have a spare $37 million lying about, you’ll be able to live in this stunning Bentley penthouse, it even has a garage on the top floor and a car elevator.
The Bentley Home is one of only two penthouses built in the Bentley Residential tower in Miami and one of the most expensive properties to ever go on sale on the Sunny Isles Beach property market.
The penthouse not only looks amazing, but it also has a balcony specifically engineered to deal with the incredibly humid Florida weather.
That said, the views themselves warrant the eye-watering price tag, with amazing vistas over the Atlantic Ocean, right from your kitchen.

If you want to live in the most expensive property in Miami, it’s not some huge mansion, or even the Mercedes-Benz apartments, it’s actually the Bentley penthouse.
At the top of the Bentley residential tower in both Fort Lauderdale and Miami, you can find a penthouse apartment that’s the epitome of class and luxury. But it will set you back a cool $37 million.
One of the two penthouse apartments is available, the Miami one, and it truly combines city living with a resort lifestyle.

Firstly, the views over the Atlantic Ocean are unparalleled and uninterrupted. You can see them from your specially engineered, climate-controlled balcony or the floor-to-ceiling windows inside your apartment.
It’s a design masterpiece, with a private elevator for people and a special car elevator called the Dezervator, which means you can keep your cars on the same floor, in a glass parking garage with EV charging.
The apartment has 22-foot ceilings, four bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and an entertainment loft. You even get your own beach on the 61st floor, as well as an indoor and outdoor pool to enjoy.

Being a Bentley penthouse, it’s no surprise that the included furniture is all inspired by the cars themselves. And a classy Art Deco style is used throughout.
The building boasts a spa, wellness center, game room, whiskey bar, pet spa, beauty salon, resident-exclusive restaurants, and even a cinema.
There’s still three more years before the building will be complete. But you can already buy the penthouse apartment, as it’s on the market.
So what are you waiting for? It’s only $37 million.
