The BMW M4 just got a serious upgrade, courtesy of Manhart, making it a street-legal rocket that puts it in Bugatti territory for sheer power.
German tuning experts Manhart have unleashed the MH4 900, a street-legal rocket producing a wild 922 horsepower.
It’s based on the already quick G82 M4, but dials everything up to 11.
From the engine to the exhaust and styling, this thing is built to shock and awe.

The standard BMW M4 is no slouch.
It’s fast, sharp, and may even be capable of drifting across an aircraft carrier.
But for Manhart, that wasn’t nearly wild enough.
So the company went full mad scientist on it.
The result? A staggering 922 horsepower and 878 lb-ft of torque, all squeezed out of the M4’s 3.0-liter twin-turbo inline-six.
That puts it just 79 horsepower behind the mighty Bugatti Veyron, without the stress of driving the $2.1 million hypercar.
To make all that power possible, Manhart did way more than slap on a tune.
It upgraded the turbos, added a bigger intercooler, and swapped in forged pistons and rods.
The air intake? Carbon fiber, naturally.
The ECU got a full rework, and the transmission was beefed up to handle the chaos.

While Manhart hasn’t published acceleration numbers yet, it’s safe to say this thing will be pretty speedy.
In terms of horsepower, it’s comparable to the 2025 Porsche Taycan, which can go from 0-60mph in just 2.3 seconds.
All that power wouldn’t be complete without some serious noise.
The MH4 900 gets a brand-new exhaust that lets it growl and roar like a proper beast, with special tweaks to make it even louder if you want it to be.
Out back, it’s finished off with huge carbon-wrapped tailpipes, so you’ll definitely hear it coming before you see it.

Looks-wise, Manhart made sure the car is just as aggressive on the outside.
It’s loaded with sharp carbon fiber add-ons like a front splitter, side skirts, and a big rear spoiler.
Basically, it looks ready to take off even when it’s parked.
Lowered suspension and massive black wheels give it a mean, planted stance, with wide, grippy tires to keep it stuck to the road.
Inside, the upgrades keep coming.
Manhart borrowed some race-inspired parts from the M4 CSL, including snug carbon bucket seats and extra carbon touches under the hood for good measure.

If you’ve ever wondered what would happen if a BMW M4 tried to fight a Bugatti and somehow stayed street-legal, this is your answer.
It’s overkill in the best possible way.
