This guy did an ‘unboxing’ video of a Ford Mustang he bought sight unseen at cargo auction – the thing is, he didn’t actually know he was buying a Mustang.
He spent $25,000 on a container with a car in it, but he had no idea what the model would be.
He clearly struck gold.
Especially when you remember this wasn’t even a base model.

Slava Ismailov, the guy behind the Slav’s Adventures YouTube channel, ‘accidentally’ bought a Ford Mustang car in great condition.
In his video, he said he bought a container with an unspecified car in it for $25,000.
The unspecified car in question happened to be a Ford Mustang painted in bright lime green.
Slava never mentioned the specific model in the post, but did say he’s running the car on high-octane fuel, which probably means it’s not the base model.

How do we know that? Well, the current-gen Mustang – as well as the previous one – is available with a V8 and a ‘tiny’ 2.3-liter EcoBoost.
But we suspect Slava probably wouldn’t bother with high-octane fuel if he was just using the EcoBoost version.
Still, $25,000 for a new Mustang in great condition is a bargain, whichever way you look at it.
Buying sight unseen is always risky

Buying anything sight unseen is always risky, even more so when cars are involved.
Slave, though, hit the jackpot, just like the YouTuber who bought an Aston or the creator who bought a 500 Abarth for just $2,000, but that’s not always the case.
For instance, another YouTuber spent $130,000 on a Plymouth Superbird and that turned into a nightmare.
Then there’s that guy who bought a ‘sports car’ for $31,000 but ended up receiving a small city car instead.
He got offered a refund, but with a catch, so he ended up keeping the car.
