A Utah man has turned to driving for Grubhub to pay for his Tesla Cybertruck.
And he claimed that it is ‘an easy solution’ for the monthly payments.
He insists that he has uncovered a very unique money-making hack.
Because his investment in the Tesla Cybertruck is now working for him.

Utah man turns to interesting side hustle
This might be one of the most cunning hacks you will ever see.
Because a Utah man has turned to food delivery to eat (pun intended) into his Tesla Cybertruck payments.
Thomas, the Utah native in question, had his story reported by Torque News.
And Thomas has turned to working for GrubHub to help make monthly payments on his EV truck.
Thomas already works full-time in the software industry.
However, his family recently purchased a Tesla Model Y alongside their Cybertruck.
Sharing his story on the Cybertruck Owners’ Forum, Thomas explained the situation.

“Back in September, as the Federal EV tax credit was approaching expiration, my niece’s car died on her,” he began.
Thomas already had a 2004 Chevy Impala as a second car, but he loaned it to his niece.
“My wife and I already knew we wanted a Tesla Model Y as our second car.”
The Utah native explained that they planned to buy it in two or three years.
But the expiry of the Federal EV tax credit accelerated their timeline.
“The budget got tight. We expected this. We had already considered Turo [car rental] as a way to earn back some of the monthly payment.”
So, what to do?

Well, it turns out that food delivery platform GrubHub proved to be the solution.
The Utah native turned to making deliveries for around 20 hours per week.
This came mostly on the evenings after work.
The platform sends him the pickup location, which is automatically sent to his Cybertruck.
He then presses the self-driving button and sits back as his Tesla Cybertruck navigates the roads.
Thomas is insistent that this plan is ‘low-hanging fruit’.

He claims that the GrubHub money is now enough to make monthly payments on the family’s Model Y.
Not only that, but this side hustle is now allowing Thomas to offset the monthly payments on the Tesla Cybertruck as well.
“The bottom line: if you’re here daydreaming about someday buying a new Tesla, my proof-of-concept exceeded expectations.”
Consider us impressed by Thomas’ outside-the-box and in-the-car thinking.
