This woman has turned her tiny EV with just three wheels into the smallest home ever.
The kei car is known for it’s small size but once you see just how small it is – you’ll be shocked.
Making use of the minimal space, this EV owner has created her own home in the car.
But is it all as it seems?

Electric vehicles are better for the planet than diesel cars – it’s no secret
Many electric vehicle owners have been getting savvy and turning their cars into something more than simple road runners to get from A to B.
Take this guy, for example – he went camping in his Tesla in sub-zero conditions with only a few supplies and the car’s clever Camp mode.
This guy’s electric vehicle is so small it can even fit in elevators, making it the ideal companion to take to the store with you – now, that is handy.
But just wait until you see what one savvy kei car owner has conjured up.
This EV could be the tiniest home ever

Kei cars are known for being small shifters.
They are in fact the tiniest passenger cars money can buy in Japan that are actually street legal – fascinating stuff, right?
This car may just take the crown for the smallest one we’ve seen, though.
Making use of the space, one TikTok user @ellaonwheels_0 – real name Janet Colby, according to her account – has turned her kei car into her very own tiny home.
She calls it her ‘cosy mini house car’.
There is a slight catch though – no restroom or even kitchen can be seen in any of her videos.
By using a self-heating pot, she seems to have found a way around this – although when cooking bigger dishes space and lack of surfaces may cause an issue.

To make even more space in her humble abode, the front seat is folded down and used as a surface to rest things on – as well as the windshield doubling up as a projector screen for movie nights.
You have to admit, it is a rather clever and fun idea.
Business in the front, party in the back… of the tiny car
Now, in the back is where the tiny home comes to life.
Cushions and cuddly toys can be seen stacked on the back seat making the whole thing rather cosy and wholesome, we must say.
Plus, there are even curtains to provide privacy and a little heater to provide warmth, which – let’s face it – will definitely be needed during the colder months.
One last fact for you – the word ‘kei’ is a shortened-down version of ‘kei-ji dosha’, which means light automobile.
So, the proof really is in the pudding, eh?
We’ve got one last question is on our minds, though – would you brave the cold and cramped space to live in the back of a tiny car?
