YouTuber surprises her employee with his dream build after buying rally car at auction

A YouTuber surprised her employee with his dream build after buying a rally car at auction, not just any old rally car, a Ford Focus RS Rally.

Emelia Hartford decided to splash the cash and buy a proper rally car on an online auction sight unseen, because she knew that her hardworking employee was a true classic Ford enthusiast.

The YouTuber decided to take the recipient of the surprise rally car, Gio, to go and view the car, and he loved it, praising it for many reasons, but not knowing it was intended for him.

They take it out for a test in the 100°F heat and push it to its limits. It’s only after this that the surprise was revealed, and what a lovely surprise it was.

She surprises her employee with his dream build rally car

There’s nothing like appreciating your employees for all their hard work, but this YouTuber really took it above and beyond by buying one of her employees a dream build car.

Knowing her incredibly hardworking employee, Gio, was a true classic Ford fan, she decided to surprise him with a 2017 Ford Focus RS rally build.

However, the YouTuber, Emelia Hartford, bought the car online completely sight unseen. So when she went to inspect it, she took Gio along without letting him know that he was actually inspecting his own car.

He, of course, loved it and praised its sound, performance, and interior with absolutely no idea it was intended for him.

He was so happy

Emelia rented a rallycross track to test it out, and the pair battled with 100 °F heat while they zoomed around and flew over obstacles.

The car lost a lip and a skid plate, but Gio and Emelia named it ‘The Flying Bean’ and leaned into the chaos.

Eventually, after a lot of joking, Emelia reveals the address that Gio had to drop the Bean off at. He was visibly stunned and emotional when he realized it was his own address.

His grateful reaction was the perfect ending to a day of great driving and appreciation of a great rally car.
