The DS X E-Tense is a glass-bottomed car that was designed with the year 2035 in mind.

The first thing to note is that it looks incredible.

DS Automobiles – a French manufacturer – spared no expense.

The asymmetrical design is certainly unusual, but it’s for a good reason.

One side is for driving yourself, and the other side is for autonomous driving – which is becoming more and more prominent.

The other thing to notice is that the car has a floating passenger seat and a glass floor, meaning you can see the road beneath you as you drive.

All of this, and it’s completely road-legal already.

As concept cars go, this one is certainly one-of-a-kind.
