The hypercar world is pretty exclusive, by definition, and it’s not easy for newcomers to make a name for themselves.

In recent years, a few brands stand out, including Koenigsegg.

The Swedish manufacturer further changed the game by unveiling the world’s first four-seater hypercar.

The Koenigsegg Gemera, which Supercar Blondie’s Alex Hirschi had the change to drive, is exactly that.

With a combined power output of over 2,300 horsepower (!!), the Gemera is definitely what you’d call a hypercar.

However, it is a grand tourer with four seats, and designed with an engine that’s absolutely brilliant.

And here’s an amazing stat: the Gemera can do 300 km/h (186 mph) using nothing but the electric engine.

If you use all the available power, the top speed is 400 km/h (249 mph).
