In today’s episode of fascinating luxury estates, a high-end Tahoe estate in Nevada is listed, and its buyer will receive a free Tesla Cybertruck.

The exquisite property sits in the Clear Creek neighborhood in Tahoe, Nevada.

Not only does the estate come with a Tesla Cybertruck, but it is also solar-powered using Tesla’s Solar and Powerwall system.

Apart from the complimentary Cybertruck, the Tahoe estate also has other alluring offerings.

If you choose to buy it, you get a 5-bedroom and 6-bathroom layout, a garage that can store six cars, a jacuzzi, a pool, a custom bar, a separate room for a gym or spa, and, of course, Tesla’s Solar and Powerall system included.

The Whisper Homes listing also mentions that the Tahoe estate is on 7,142 square feet of land and is set in a private, gated residential community near Lake Tahoe.

From designing homes inspired by the Cybertruck to offering a free Cybertruck at luxury estates, the fan base has come a long way.

Moreover, the developer mentioned that the Clear Creek Tahoe estate demonstrates extreme luxury.

But how much does it cost?

You would need to pay roughly $12.8 million to purchase the Clear Creek Tahoe estate.

But, on the plus side, you also get a Tesla Cybertruck included, which the developer will deliver to you when you’re there.

If you’re exceptionally rich, purchasing the Tahoe estate is probably the fastest way to get your hands on the free Tesla Cybertruck because of the endless waiting time on the Cybertruck’s waitlist.

While there’s no information on the Cybertruck’s trim level and variant, considering the luxury Tahoe estate’s asking price of $12.8 million, it would probably be the top-end trim with three motors.

The estate also lets its buyer go completely off-grid easily because of the Tesla Powerwall system included. It stores solar energy that can power the entire estate when required.

In case that doesn’t seem enough, there are backup generators, too.

The development will likely be finished by sometime next year, but it is already listed so that the buyer can have a say in the finishing touches and customize it to their liking.
