Canada’s Montreal Grand Prix weekend is supposed to be about Formula 1, but this year, a Ferrari SF90 XX Spider and Lamborghini Revuelto stole the spotlight far from the track.
The two hypercars rolled through downtown and turned the city into a full-blown car spectacle – one that arguably eclipsed the action at Montreal’s Circuit Gilles Villeneuve.
Spotted alongside a LaFerrari Aperta, the SF90XX and Revuelto immediately shut down the streets.
Sidewalks overflowed with spectators, traffic came to a standstill, and camera phones were at the ready.

Forget the paddock – this was the moment everyone was talking about.
It may have been the first time the SF90 XX Spider was seen on public roads. So, what better time than Montreal’s busiest weekend to make its debut?

The Revuelto, Lamborghini’s 1,000+HP hybrid flagship, added even more street cred to the lineup.
But the supercars didn’t stop there…
The hypercars are believed to be owned by the same local collector, known on Instagram as davcars.
He’s developed a reputation in Montreal for assembling an outrageous fleet during Grand Prix weekend. But this year’s offerings may have been his boldest yet.
In addition to his fleet was an ultra-rare Ferrari 812 Competizione Aperta in a stunning blue-over-Alcantara spec, riding on carbon wheels and valued at over $2 million.
A McLaren 765LT Spider with a carbon hood and orange-trimmed interior also added to the chaos, while a Jaguar Project 7 and Project 8 flexed their rarity nearby.
At times, it felt more like a rolling car museum than a city street.

Not everyone was as pleased to see the supercars
The drama didn’t go unnoticed, though.
Police began issuing $500 tickets for revving engines, and emergency crews struggled to navigate the gridlock. But that didn’t stop the cars from coming.
Still, nothing drew more attention than the Ferrari SF90XX and Lamborghini Revuelto.
In a weekend built around racing, these two street-driven hypercars managed to overshadow Formula 1 itself, because when a Revuelto and SF90XX roll through downtown Montreal, even F1 has to take a back seat.
